THE OUTCOME

Qualified meetings, not just dials

Your closers should spend their time closing — not chasing dead numbers. Our real estate appointment setting service puts a dedicated caller on your list to dial, build rapport, qualify motivation and timeline, and book the conversation straight onto your acquisitions team's calendar.

Each appointment is pre-qualified against your criteria — motivation, condition, timeline, and price expectation — so your team only spends time on sellers worth a real offer. Calls are recorded and audited by our QC team, and you get weekly performance reports plus a strategy meeting to keep the pipeline predictable.

It's the same engine behind our cold calling and skip tracing services, focused on one metric that matters to you: qualified seller appointments booked.

The definition

What counts as an appointment here

Most disputes with an appointment-setting vendor are really arguments about the definition. So here is ours, in advance.

A named person who agreed to the time

Not a callback the caller booked into your calendar and hoped for. The seller said yes to a specific day and time, knowing who is calling and why.

Qualified against your criteria, not ours

Your buy box, your price band, your area, your condition tolerance. We set those on day one and the caller books against them; a meeting outside your criteria is not a win for either of us.

Delivered with the recording

You hear the conversation that produced the appointment before you take it. If the qualification was thin, you know before you drive out, and we would rather you told us.

Confirmed before it happens

A reminder goes out ahead of the meeting. No-shows fall when someone confirms; they do not fall to zero, and anyone promising that is describing a different business.

The arithmetic

How many appointments a seat actually produces

On well-traced data, a single full-time seat places about 3,000 dials a day — roughly 69,000 a month across 23 working days — reaches about 300 owners a day at a 10% contact rate, or 6,900 a month, and turns those into one to two qualified leads a day. That comes out at 6 to 12 booked appointments and one to two contracts in a month. Those ratios move with the list and the market, and the contact rate moves them most: the same dials on a stale list reach far fewer owners, and the appointment count halves with it.

We publish this because the alternative is selling you a number we cannot stand behind. The full working — including what the dialer, the numbers and the data actually cost before anyone is paid — is in what cold calling actually costs, and real deals from these campaigns shows what came out the other end, timelines included.

Individual results vary. These are planning ratios, not a forecast for your market and list.

Worth knowing

Why we do not sell appointments by the unit

Pay-per-appointment sounds like the safer deal and usually is not. The moment a vendor is paid per meeting, every incentive points at booking more meetings rather than better ones — looser qualification, softer commitments, sellers who agreed to a time to end the call. You pay less per appointment and more per contract, and you find out two months in.

A dedicated seat is priced on the caller, so the incentive is to make your criteria work rather than to hit a count. It also means we will tell you when the criteria are too tight to produce meetings at all — which is a conversation a per-appointment vendor has no reason to start. Plans are month-to-month; see what each one includes.

Your side of it

What has to be true on your end

Appointment setting only works if someone can take the handoff. A qualified seller who reaches voicemail cools faster than any lead you have paid for, so before a campaign starts we want to know who answers, on what number, and within what window. If that person is you and you are on site all day, say so — we would rather build the cadence around evening calls than book meetings into a gap.

The other requirement is a buy box you can state. Price band, areas, condition, exit. A caller cannot qualify against “good deals”, and the fastest campaigns we run are the ones where the criteria were settled before the first dial.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is real estate appointment setting?

It's a done-for-you service where our dedicated callers dial your leads, qualify motivated sellers, and book them as appointments directly with your acquisitions team — so your closers only talk to sellers worth an offer.

How do you qualify appointments?

We screen each seller against your criteria — motivation, property condition, timeline, and price expectation — before booking. You define the filter; we only set appointments that meet it.

How fast can appointments start?

Campaigns go live in under 72 hours. Once your dialer, numbers, and script are set, your dedicated caller starts booking qualified seller conversations right away.

Ready to fill your pipeline with real conversations?

Your first week of calling is free. If we don’t hand you at least 3 sellers who want an offer, you pay nothing. Month to month after that.
